Kesha used this melody in Take It Off but it's actually a very old melody. This is quite possibly the first melody I've ever figured out on guitar (13 years ago) and when I heard it on the radio I just had to make a video. The way I remember this tune is with these lyrics:
There's a place in France
where the naked ladies dance.
There's a whole in the wall where
the men can see it all.
There are quite a few lyrical variations. The song was introduced to North America by Sol Bloom, from what I've read, in 1893 for the Chicago World's Fair. The melody could possibly be hundreds of years older than that. This song is often associated with belly dancing, snake charming, the desert, arabian music, and egyptian music. Sol Bloom called it "The Streets of Cairo, or the Poor Little Country Maid".

If we move the melody down and start on an E note it's a little easier to play:
E-0-2-3--2--0--0-2-3-5-3-2-0---0-2-3--2--0-0--0-2-3-5-3-2-0--
B------------------------------------------------------------
G------------------------------------------------------------
D------------------------------------------------------------
A------------------------------------------------------------
E------------------------------------------------------------
And there you have it. This is an easy little guitar tab to play. It sounds like it's eastern or arabian music. It has often been played in movies and cartoons when there is snake charming or belly dancing or anything associated with the middle east or the desert. Some times it is associated with Egypt.
